We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SCM Executive to manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations — from procurement to delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth inventory flow, vendor coordination, cost control, and timely order fulfillment to support overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters for timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels; prepare purchase orders as required.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays or shortages.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams for demand planning.
  • Maintain documentation for procurement, inventory, and logistics transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0 – 3+ years of experience in SCM, logistics, or procurement.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of import/export processes (added advantage).
