Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Informatica Developer to design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter (or IICS). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data integration, data warehousing, and performance tuning, along with a solid understanding of business and data flow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows and data integration solutions using Informatica.
  • Work with data warehouse and data lake environments to support analytics and reporting.
  • Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Optimize Informatica workflows for performance and scalability.
  • Implement error handling, logging, and audit mechanisms in ETL processes.
  • Support production ETL processes, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 38 years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter / Informatica Cloud (IICS).
  • Strong experience in SQL and working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL design, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in performance tuning and workflow optimization.
  • Experience in migration projects or cloud data integration is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting.
  • Exposure to GCP, AWS, or Azure environments is desirable.

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with Data Governance and Data Quality tools.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
