We are looking for a skilled Solution Analyst with 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute tests in Japanese and converse with customers.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Translate Japanese test artifacts to English and vice versa with high accuracy.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and designs.
  • Execute functionality tests in various phases, including ST, SIT, and Regression.
  • Report defects and assist in their understanding and resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in software testing, focusing on Test Strategy, Planning, Designing, Execution, Monitoring, and Reporting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience testing SAP-based applications and preparing/ executing test cases.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard testing methodologies and tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
