Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Location: Titanium Mahindra Service, Kamre

Industry: Automobile (4-wheeler Service Workshop)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily workshop floor operations.
  • Allocate and monitor jobs among technicians and helpers.
  • Ensure timely completion of vehicles as per job cards.
  • Maintain quality standards in servicing and repairs.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and CRM for smooth workflow.
  • Monitor availability and usage of tools, equipment, and consumables.
  • Handle customer escalations related to workshop services.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness of the workshop floor.
  • Train and guide junior technicians for skill development.
  • Prepare daily reports on productivity, job status, and manpower utilization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile service workshop (4-wheeler).
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair.
  • Leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Diploma/ITI in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Salary: Rs 12,000 - Rs 15,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
