To ensure high standards of patient care to all patients admitted.
- To provide urgent medical attention and treatment for medical surgical and pediatric patients.
- Assists specialists to review and follow up patients under treatment to ensure the completion of treatment and monitor the progress of the patients.
- Assists specialists to provide guidance and supervision to the staff under him/her.
- Work according to the management plan approved by the consultant in-charge
- Work as a team member and co-operate with each other (Departmental HOD’s, floor supervisor, Ward in
- charge, colleagues and other staff) during the duties to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- You are expected to wear uniform and adhere to punch in and punch out while on duty.
- Attend all patient complaints, provide routine medical care and carry out necessary procedures during your duty hours.
- Perform or assist senior members of the team in performing invasive procedures.
- Handle common clinical procedures and emergency situations such as, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, and then communicate with the senior members of the team.
- Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with NABH standards.
- Participate in inter-departmental clinical meetings to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Adhere to quality indicators, patient rights, TAT and protocols for the departments.
- Adhere to prescribed infection control standards.
- You are expected to be available throughout your duty hours in ICU and attend emergency calls in casualty as well as in wards whenever needed and report to the respective consultant if necessary.
- Ensure there are details notes in medical records including preparing patient discharge summary, death certificate, reference letter, transfers, MLC etc according to the policy of the hospital.
- Do any other clinical duties assigned by the Consultant/MS.
- Comply with all the policies of the hospital & maintain cordial environment at the place of your work.

To assist in the day to day functions of the hospital or any other responsibilities within their level of experience requested by the hospital

Pay: ₹50,086.00 - ₹80,808.68 per month
