Role Overview
As the SEO Manager, you will lead and execute companys SEO roadmap to increase organic traffic, drive qualified leads, and build domain authority. You will closely work with the content marketing, brand and creative teams to ensure SEO becomes a core acquisition channel for Zinancial CRM and Zinancial Accounting.
This role is strategic + execution-focused: you will both design SEO strategies and get into the trenches to execute, analyze, and optimize them.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and execute result-driven SEO strategies for companys Accounting, CRM, and AI products.
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page, and content) to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Build a 12-month SEO roadmap with measurable goals (traffic, keyword rankings, leads, conversions).
2. Technical SEO & Site Health
- Manage site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and structured data implementation.
- Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices in website speed, mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and URL structures.
- Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues using tools like GSC, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
3. Content SEO & Growth
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to create keyword-driven content strategies (blogs, landing pages, case studies, product pages, pillar/cluster content).
- Conduct keyword research targeting high-intent SaaS keywords across US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
- Optimize existing pages for rankings, CTR, and conversions.
- Build topic authority through structured content clusters for Accounting, CRM, and SaaS-related themes.
4. Link Building & Authority Growth
- Develop a structured white-hat link-building strategy (guest posting, PR mentions, resource link insertions, influencer collaborations).
- Build strong backlink profiles in SaaS, CRM, Fintech, and Accounting niches.
- Leverage digital PR and SaaS directories/listings for authority growth.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report SEO performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio dashboards.
- Drive insights into actionable recommendations.
- Present monthly and quarterly SEO performance reports aligned to business KPIs (SQLs, MQLs, CAC impact).
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 5–8 years of SEO experience (minimum 3+ years in SaaS SEO with B2B focus).
- Must carry prior work experience in target geographies like, USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.
- Proven record of scaling organic traffic and revenue in SaaS/CRM/Accounting industries.
- Strong expertise in:
- On-page SEO (meta optimization, content structure, internal linking, semantic SEO).
- Technical SEO (schema, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, crawl management).
- Off-page SEO (authoritative link building, SaaS partnerships, PR-driven backlinks).
- Advanced proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, Surfer SEO, Clearscope, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SaaS buyer journey, product-led growth, and content funnels.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Organic traffic growth (MoM, QoQ).
- Top 50 keyword rankings across US, UK, Canada, Australia for Accounting & CRM software.
- Organic lead generation (MQLs & SQLs).
- Backlink quality & domain authority growth.
- Technical SEO health score improvement (90%+ benchmark).
- Content-to-conversion ratio from organic traffic.
