HIRING: SEO Manager for a premium Business School based in Noida

Job Title: SEO Manager

Department: Marketing / Digital

Location: Noida sec-125

Work Type: On-Campus/ Hybrid/ Remote (as applicable)

Reporting To: Head Marketing & Outreach

Role Overview

The SEO Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing complete SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, improve keyword rankings, drive traffic, and contribute to organic lead generation and brand authority for the institutions digital assets and all other responsibilities of this domain.

Key Responsibilities

1) Strategy & Planning

-Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies aligned with business goals

-Conduct competitor and keyword research to identify growth opportunities

-Define quarterly SEO roadmap and success metrics

2) On-Page & Content SEO

-Optimize titles, meta tags, headers, URLs, internal links & schema

-Collaborate with content team to provide SEO briefs and guidelines

-Ensure SEO-driven content publishing for blogs, landing pages, courses, etc.

3) Technical SEO

-Conduct regular audits (crawlability, indexing, speed, mobile, security)

-Coordinate with IT/dev team to fix technical errors & maintain health score

-Implement structured data, canonicalization & site architecture best practices

4) Off-Page & Authority Building

-Build quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies

-Strengthen institutional visibility on listings, forums, and media

-Manage local SEO (Google Business Profile updates, reviews, NAP consistency)

5) Analytics & Reporting

-Monitor performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz etc.

-Track rankings, impressions, clicks, traffic, conversions & CTR

-Publish weekly/monthly SEO performance reports & action plans

6) Cross-Team Collaboration

-Work with marketing, content, admissions, and IT teams

-Ensure SEO requirements are incorporated in campaigns, website updates & new builds

7) Compliance & Best Practices

-Adhere to white-hat SEO practices

-Stay updated with Google algorithm changes & industry trends

-Drive continuous improvements without compromising compliance & brand standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of proven SEO experience (preferably in education/service domain)
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page, technical & off-page SEO
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate into growth actions
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, WordPress/CMS is preferred
  • Excellent analytical, communication & documentation skills
