Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an SEO Manager located in Noida. The SEO Manager will be responsible for conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, and executing link building strategies. They will also analyze web analytics data to enhance website performance and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement SEO strategies. The role requires staying updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

We're seeking a seasoned, data-driven SEO Manager to own and scale our SEO strategy across product lines. This role blends strategy + execution, aiming to drive organic growth, qualified leads, and domain authority in the SaaS space.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:


• Develop & execute SEO strategies for CRM, Accounting & AI products


• Lead SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page, content)


• Drive keyword-focused content growth across global markets


• Manage technical SEO: site health, Core Web Vitals, schema


• Build high-quality backlinks & SaaS/Fintech authority profiles


• Track & report KPIs: traffic, leads, rankings, conversions

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:


• 8–10 years of SEO experience (min. 3+ years in SaaS B2B, CRM/Accounting/Fintech preferred)


• Strong expertise in on-page, technical, and off-page SEO


• Proven success in scaling organic growth for global markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia)


• Hands-on with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Surfer, etc.
