, you'll work closely with our core team to:
We are looking for a driven and communicative
Business Development Intern
to support our educator onboarding and relationship management efforts. You will play a key role in identifying and onboarding talented educators, helping them structure their courses, and maintaining strong, ongoing partnerships. This is a hands-on, full-time onsite role suited for someone passionate about education and building meaningful professional connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educator Onboarding:
- Source, connect with, and onboard high-quality educators across various subjects.
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong and consistent communication with educators to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Course Structuring Support:
- Assist educators in designing and organizing their course curricula to ensure clarity, engagement, and learner success.
- Talent Shortlisting:
- Evaluate educator profiles based on experience, subject expertise, and teaching ability to select the best fits.
- Ongoing Support:
- Act as a liaison between the company and educators to resolve queries, offer support, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Market Awareness:
- Conduct research on competitor platforms and trending topics to enhance our offerings and educator selection strategy.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- A proactive and responsible work approach
- Interest in education, teaching, or talent management
- Previous experience in BD, recruitment, or academic environments (preferred)
- Must be available for full-time onsite work (10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday)
