Senior Mobile Application Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile Application Developer (Flutter) with a minimum of 4 years of industry experience and a proven track record of delivering at least 10 successful projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling projects independently from start to finish. This is an immediate requirement, and preference will be given to candidates based in Mumbai who can work from our Andheri Sakinaka office.

Job Summary

As a Flutter Mobile Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS. You will work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven applications. Candidates with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and manage projects independently are highly desired.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Flutter Mobile Application Developer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Develop high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create pixel-perfect user experiences.
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries.
• Build and maintain reusable components and modules.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance.
• Ensure application responsiveness across devices and operating systems.
• Debug, test, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Implement state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
• Deploy applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Maintain proper documentation of projects and workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter updates and mobile development trends.
• Work with backend developers to ensure smooth API integrations.
• Ensure strong data security and app performance optimization.
• Manage complete app lifecycle – design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing for bug-free delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly.
• Implement push notifications and real-time updates.
• Handle version control with Git and collaborative tools.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and review their code.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and feedback.
• Independently handle client communication when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within deadlines.
• Continuously improve development processes and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.
• Experience with Firebase, cloud services, and mobile app architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering minimum 10 mobile app projects.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle projects end-to-end.
• Immediate joiners from Mumbai preferred.
