Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client product presentations, demonstrations, and ERP workshops for Odoo & ERPNext.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across domains (Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Translate client requirements into functional specifications for the technical/development team.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation, solution pitching, and responding to client queries.
  • Manage end-to-end client interactions during requirement gathering, implementation planning, and training.
  • Travel to client sites as needed for demos, requirement analysis, and ERP go-lives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 to 6 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant (Odoo/ERPNext experience mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, Procuremexperience with ERP implementation, configuration, and functional testing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment and manage multiple clients.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project implementations.

Nice to Have (Preferred)

  • Experience working in SME-focused ERP projects.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, healthcare and service industry workflows.
  • Basic technical understanding of Python/ERPNext/Odoo customizations (not mandatory).
