Job Title: Kalki Expert/ Fashion Consultant (Luxury Sales)

Department: Sales- Bridal/ Indowestern/ MensWear.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Kalki Expert/ Fashion Consutlant to join Kalki Fashion, a leader in contemporary ethnic and luxury fashion. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the latest Bridal/Ethnic/ Indo-Western fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and a desire to provide exceptional service to customers. This role involves promoting our unique Indo-Western collection, meeting sales targets, and ensuring attention to detail and the ability to create memorable and the ability to create memorable, personalized shopping experiences that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Consultation and Sales:

2. Assist customers in selecting the perfect Indo-Western outfits for various occasions, providing personalized styling advice.

3. Ensure customers feel valued, providing exceptional service and a high-quality shopping experience.
4. Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and offering tailored recommendations.
5. Meet and exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets as set by the management team.
6. Actively promote Indo-Western collections, including outfits, accessories, and trends.
7. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase the average transaction value.

Product Knowledge:

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Indo-Western collection, including the various fabrics, designs, and cultural significance of the outfits.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends in Indo-Western wear and advise customers accordingly.
• Provide detailed product descriptions and highlight unique features such as fabric, stitching, design, and styling.

Store Presentation / VM:

• Ensure that the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist with visual merchandising to create attractive product displays that highlight the Indo-Western collection.
• Make sure all stock is properly arranged, easy to access, and visually appealing to customers.

Order Processing & Inventory Management:

• Process customer orders and assist with stock inquiries.
• Keep track of inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock as needed.
• Help manage inventory during stocktaking and ensure products are well-organized.

Brand Representation:

• Represent Kalki Fashion professionally, ensuring that brand values of quality, tradition, and style are maintained at all times.
• Promote store events, seasonal collections, and discounts to increase customer engagement and footfall.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in Fashion, Retail, or a related field is a plus.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury fashion / occasion wear.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and understand their needs.

• Strong sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• A deep understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and styles.
• Proficiency in retail POS systems, customer databases, and basic office software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Kalki Fashion Retail Store
• Weekoffs : 1 rotational week-off between Monday to Thursday.
