We are looking for a Strategy & Fundraising Associate (Hiring badge) who will work directly with the Founder's Office. This is a unique role designed to transition into a full-time position with equity after the training period.

Role Overview

You will be at the intersection of fundraising and strategy, supporting the Founder on:

Investor research & outreach

Preparing decks, briefs, and investor communications

Supporting fundraising campaigns and follow-ups

Strategic analysis & reporting

Coordinating across Tech, Ops, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in investor relations and fundraising activities

Draft presentations, pitches, and financial briefs

Track investor CRM and ensure timely follow-ups

Research AI/tech markets, investors, and partners

Support daily founder operations and execution tasks

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or final year) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field

Strong written & spoken English (presentations, emails, LinkedIn posts)

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of fundraising, finance, or startups

Availability for immediate joining

Preferred Qualifications

Internship/experience in fundraising, venture capital, or investment banking

Ability to design pitch decks and investor reports

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Suite, and CRM tools

Exposure to AI/tech startups (bonus)

Compensation

Stipend during internship/training

Conversion to full-time with equity-linked package after review
