Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management and be capable of managing dispatches and operations across warehouse and multiple e-commerce platforms.

Role & responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including in warding, storage, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely dispatches across platforms
  • Maintain and update inventory records to avoid stock discrepancies.
  • Handle order processing and label generation for all online platforms.
  • Utilize Excel to create reports, manage inventory data, and support operational performance analysis
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain proper stock levels and product availability.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse logistics and operations (preferably in e-commerce).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, must be comfortable with formulas, filters, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
  • Hands-on experience in managing the inventory and e-commerce dispatches.
  • Familiar with e-commerce seller panels(Amazon, )
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile: Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
