Key Responsibilities:

Closing Manager who can handle client and close the Deal

Client Engagement: Understand client needs, explain property details, and convince them for site visits.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.

Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to close deals.

Database Management: Maintain and update records of customer interactions and inquiries.

Sales Target: Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales goals.

Requirements: Experienced candidates required only

Gender: Male/Female candidates can apply.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Language: Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English preferred.
