  • Attaining drawing & project related queries of clients, marketing team, design team.
  • Working towards implementing wastage reduction techniques in projects & getting this done from team.
  • Co-ordinating with Marketing Head & client for Drawing Approval & PO.
  • Setting daily targets for design team for data required for production & getting targets achieved.
  • Setting targets for production team & getting targets achieved.
  • Checking & authorising programs given for production against approval received.
  • Ensuring proper list of finish goods & accessories is prepared by team & verifying correct list of accessories before it is shared by team to production, dispatch & stores.
  • Daily checking of physical products as being manufactured against production approval provided to ensure proper communication has been completed by team. Corrective actions should be taken whenever needed & report deviations found if any to Factory Head.
