Job Title: PPC Engineer (Pre-Engineered Buildings)Department: Production / OperationsLocation: HyderabadExperience Required: 2–5 Years (preferably in PEB / Steel Fabrication Industry)Key Responsibilities:- Plan and monitor production schedules for PEB structures, ensuring timely completion of projects.- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to align project timelines.- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on project requirements.- Handle material requirement planning (MRP), nesting plans, and monitor raw material availability.- Optimize machine utilization, manpower, and resources for efficient production.- Track project progress, delays, and bottlenecks, and provide corrective actions.- Maintain records of production output, consumption, and inventory.- Coordinate with the dispatch team for on-time delivery of components to project sites.- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols in all processes.- Generate and present MIS reports to management regarding production and project status.Key Skills Required:- Strong knowledge of PEB production processes (fabrication, welding, cutting, assembly, painting).- Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems.- Expertise in nesting software (e.g., Tekla, AutoCAD, or equivalent).- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent coordination and communication skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Qualification:- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
