We are hiring a
Full-Time Skill Development Educator
who can
train non-tech students in simple Hindi + English
, inspire them, and prepare them for
freelancing, digital work, and private jobs
.

Responsibilities

  • Teach non-tech students practical skills:
  • Learning skills, freelancing skills, earning skills
  • AI tools for productivity, marketing, and content
  • Private job readiness (resume, communication, interview prep)
  • Deliver
    engaging recorded + live sessions
    .
  • Create
    structured curriculum + assignments
    .
  • Mentor students in
    freelancing & job opportunities
    .
  • Ensure students complete the course with
    confidence + portfolio
    .

Requirements

  • Prior
    teaching/training experience
    (preferred in freelancing/digital skills).
  • Strong knowledge of
    freelancing platforms & AI tools
    .
  • Full-time availability
    (not part-time).
  • Must have a
    professional teaching setup

  • Stable internet & clean background
  • Ability to explain in
    simple Hindi + English
    for non-tech students.

Salary

  • ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience).
