Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Career and Employment Guidance Counselor located in Bihiya, with some work-from-home acceptable. The Career and Employment Guidance Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students on career planning, employment opportunities, and job market trends. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as individual and group counseling sessions, conducting workshops, building relationships with industry professionals, and staying updated on the latest career trends to provide accurate and relevant advice.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and general Counseling skills
  • Educational background in Education and Psychology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field
