Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager specializing in Food Ingredients, exclusively for the B2B segment. The position is based in Sonipat and involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company's product portfolio. The manager will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, negotiate contracts, track market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve revenue goals. Regular client visits and participation in industry events will also be key responsibilities in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in B2B sales, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Strong knowledge of Food Ingredients and their applications in the industry
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, including market research
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to market demands
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in managing a regional sales team or leading sales efforts will be an added advantage
