We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Jewellery Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing detailed product knowledge, maintaining store displays, and achieving sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
  • Provide detailed information on products, including materials, stones, quality, pricing, and care instructions.
  • Assist customers with sizing, customization, and special orders.
  • Ensure jewellery displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on current jewellery trends, designs, and product knowledge.
  • Follow company policies on security, stock handling, and customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in jewellery sales or retail sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and jewellery trends is an advantage.
  • Good salesmanship and persuasion skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge (billing software/POS).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Attention to detail and honesty.

Work Environment:

  • Retail jewellery showroom.
  • Standing for long periods may be required.
