Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and furniture manufacturers.
2. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
3. Promote our plywood products, highlighting features, benefits, and USPs.
4. Negotiate sales, provide quotes, and close deals.
5. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
6. Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
7. Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics.
9. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
**Requirements**:
1. 2+ years of sales experience in the building materials/construction industry.
2. Strong network in Bangalore's construction/interior design sector.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (spoken).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
