Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Member - Internal Control based in Mumbai

Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating internal control systems, identifying process inefficiencies, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role also involves preparing reports, coordinating with various teams to implement improvements, and assisting with risk assessments to mitigate potential issues within the organization.
CA with 1-4 years of experience in internal audit and controls.

Job Title: Team Member - Internal Control and Process Improvement

*Location:* Mumbai/Andheri East - India Corporate Office

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Ensure adherence to IND AS or ICoRF guidelines and internal control procedures

  • Executing all internal audit activities.

  • Perform gap analysis and implement action plans

  • Drive process improvements in SSC processes

  • Maintain updated documentation of processes, policies, and agreements

  • Coordinate compliance audits and internal audits

*Requirements:*

  • CA (1st-3rd attempt) with 1-4 years of experience

  • Expert knowledge of internal audit and controls

  • Good knowledge of financial accounting (Ind AS & IFRS), SAP, and Excel

  • Certification in Systems Audit is an added advantage

  • Eye for detail and process improvements
