We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Sales & Recruitment:

Identify and attract potential franchisees.

Conduct presentations and meetings with prospects.

Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process.

Market Research & Strategy:

Analyze market trends to identify expansion opportunities.

Develop business strategies to grow the franchise network.

Onboarding & Training:

Assist new franchisees in setting up their business.

Provide training on company standards, operations, and policies.

Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees.

Address franchisee concerns and provide ongoing support.

Compliance & Brand Standards:

Ensure franchisees adhere to company guidelines and brand standards.

Monitor franchise operations to maintain quality and consistency.

Financial & Performance Monitoring:

Analyze franchise performance metrics and profitability.

Provide guidance to franchisees for business growth.

Skills Required:

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Knowledge of franchise laws and agreements

Strategic thinking and market analysis skills

Ability to work independently and travel as needed
