Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
  • Assist in payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee data, ensuring timely salary disbursement, and supporting statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, address employee concerns, and contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist in execution of the performance management cycle by supporting goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and tracking completion.
  • Help plan and organize training sessions, track participation, and collect feedback to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Manage HR operations including onboarding, issuing letters, maintaining employee records, and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies, assist in audits, and help with policy communication and updates.

Eligibility:

  • Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • Should be a fresher (2025 batch only)
  • Must be in acommutable distance from the job location.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
