About the Team & Role:
Warehouse team manages the inventory and work towards fulfilling customer orders with the best processes and at lowest possible cost. This team works closely with the manufacturing and production departments to fulfil the requirements. The incumbent would be leading a team of large task force. This role will report to Manager of the department.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage returns processing, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer complaints.
- Plan and execute shift schedules for warehouse operations, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including route planning and supply chain management.
- Oversee reverse logistics activities, ensuring seamless returns processing.
