Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape company culture and drive employeeengagement.

2.Talent Acquisition & Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Implement talent development programs, succession planning, and retention strategies.
  • Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

3.Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to management on HR policies, conflict resolution, andperformance management.
  • Establish effective communication channels and promote a positive workplace culture.

4.Learning & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and develop training programs to enhance employee and leadershipcapabilities.

  • Drive continuous learning and career development initiatives.

  • Policy Management:

  • Ensure HR policies are in compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

  • Update and maintain employee handbooks and organizational policies.

6.Compensation & Benefits:

  • Oversee compensation structures and benefits programs to maintain competitiveness.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and ensure fair and equitable pay practices.

7.HR Metrics & Analytics:

  • Utilize HR data analytics to guide decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Generate reports on recruitment, retention, and other key HR metrics.

Requirements

  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles with strong team management skills.
  • Expertise in labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and data-driven decision-making
