Now on the verge of expansion, Bandana is extending her practice into 
home décor products
 crafted with the same sustainable ethos. These products will be available through 
e-commerce, B2B, and B2C channels
, creating a bridge between fine art, everyday living, and conscious luxury.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer located in Mumbai. The CEO will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including strategic planning, team building, business development, finance, sales, and operations management. The CEO will also be responsible for driving the company's mission of sustainability and ethical practices, collaborating with other industry leaders, and ensuring continuous growth and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Strategic Planning and Business Planning
  • Strong Finance and Operations Management skills
  • Proven Sales experience and success
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to make impactful connections and collaborations within the industry
  • Understanding of sustainable practices and commitment to ethical approaches
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the design and luxury segment industry is a plus.
