Job Title: Executive-HR

Function / Department: Human Resource

Location: Masar Road, Vadodara

Job Objective(s):

To leverage knowledge of human resource practices Payroll administration, employee relations, attendance system, statutory compliance and HR policy implementation. Contribute to a positive work environment and help drive organizational success through effective people management and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Job functions & responsibilities:

1. Managing and maintaining attendance software, including data entry, system updates, troubleshooting issues, and generating attendance reports to ensure accurate tracking of leave & attendance of all On-Roll employees.

2. Managing end-to-end payroll administration, including salary processing, statutory compliance, employee data management, and ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salary & wages.

3. Managing daily office operations, including facility management, administrative support, coordination of meetings and communications, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Personnel management or industrial relation.

2. Minimum 4yrs of experience in related field.

3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, and employee relations.

4. Sound in Payroll administration and TDS.

5. Strong in general administration.
