Store & Dispatch Executive

Designation: Stores & Dispatch Executive

Job Location: Vadodara based

Qualification: Any Graduation/Diploma.

Required Exp.: Minimum 3 Years

Vacancy: 1 Nos.

**Salary**: Up to 25 K PM

**Key Responsibilities**

**A)** **Store**:
1. Receiving Materials

2. Ensuring receipt of materials and raw materials.

3. Prepare Goods Receive Note (GRN) and inform users of concern personally for verification of material against the order.

4. Carrying out the inward entry of raw material after verification material QC.

5. Update in stock & proper racking in right place.

6. Issuing material & raw material against issue slip.

7. Material consumption is regular update in the system as per the issue slip.

8. Physical Stock Verification or Reconciliation stock monthly report send to the Management team

9. Schedule Monthly audit of material inventory & Stock verification

10. To handle audits of stocks.

**B)** **Dispatch**:
1. Receive and dispatch orders for products

2. Packing & Loading of finished goods for dispatch.

3. Coordinate with transport party for Timely provide vehicles

4. Maintain Lorry Receipt (LR) & Filling in records

5. Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule

6. Enter data in the system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.
