Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Executives to join our Ahmedabad team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and convert leads into confirmed clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and design partners.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and design solutions.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in inside sales / tele sales / luxury interiors / high-end product sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client-handling and relationship-building ability.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
