
Tele Calling Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telemarketer to join our sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for promoting our Audio-Visual products (speakers, amplifiers, conferencing systems, etc.) through outbound calls, building customer interest, and generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our AV products and solutions.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Handle queries, provide information, and follow up on leads via phone and email.
- Maintain a database of potential customers and update CRM tools with call details.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further action on qualified leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years in telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales (preferably in electronics or AV domain).
- Education: Minimum 10+2; Graduate preferred.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication in English and regional languages.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, emails, and CRM tools.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence and convince customers effectively.
- Professionalism: Polite, confident, and self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.
