We are looking for ambitious and result-driven Sales Executives from the real estate industry to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound property inquiries.
  • Generate leads and actively follow up to convert into site visits and closures.
  • Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and explain project details.
  • Build and maintain a strong client database.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on local market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months – 5 years in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
  • Age: 20-35 years.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle clients independently and drive closures.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
  • Candidates must be from Thane / KDMC (local candidates preferred).

What We Offer

  • Salary ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives(based on experience).
