Digital Marketing Intern
at Symfor, you will support the execution of our digital strategies across SEO, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing. Success in this role looks like driving
measurable growth in website traffic, engagement, and qualified leads
while learning to manage end-to-end campaigns. You'll play a key role in helping Symfor strengthen its
digital presence and client acquisition efforts

. You will collaborate with the leadership and design teams to:

  • Position Symfor as an
    innovative B2B and SaaS solutions provider
    .
  • Support lead generation through
    pull-based (SEO, inbound) and push-based (ads, outreach)
    campaigns.
  • Build brand awareness through engaging
    digital content and presentations
    .

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize
    WordPress websites
    for SEO and content updates.
  • Conduct
    keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
    .
  • Design and deliver
    presentations (PPTs)
    and client-facing decks.
  • Create and manage
    paid ad campaigns
    (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor and report
    campaign performance metrics
    (CTR, conversions, ROI).
  • Support
    pull-based marketing
    (blogs, SEO, email newsletters) to generate inbound leads.
  • Execute
    push-based marketing
    (paid ads, outreach campaigns) to capture new audiences.
  • Research
    market trends and audience insights
    to guide marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent
    brand messaging
    .

Qualifications

  • Pursuing/completed a degree in
    Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
    .
  • Skills in
    WordPress, SEO, SMO
    , and basic website optimization.
  • Knowledge of
    paid ad platforms
    (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong
    PowerPoint (PPT) and presentation design
    skills.
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication
    skills.
  • Strong
    research ability
    to analyze market and audience trends.
  • Ability to think
    creatively and strategically
    in a fast-paced environment.
