We are looking for a Community Manager for an Angel Funded, Millennial focused Real Estate Startup. The startup has grown to six properties across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Pune since it's inception in 2021.
Job Profile: As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a sense of belonging and togetherness among our residents while ensuring exceptional customer service and memorable experiences. Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage a variety of events, including workshops, mental and physical health events, music and arts events, to bring the community together and provide unique experiences. Community Engagement: Foster a sense of belonging by building strong relationships with residents, understanding their needs, and actively listening to their feedback and concerns. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure residents receive the highest level of customer service by addressing their queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at all times. Brand Collaborations and Sponsorships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses and organizations for sponsorships and collaborations that enhance the community experience. Content Creation: Create engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, and blogs, to promote events and showcase the vibrant community at the properties. Networking: Expand your network within the local community to attract new residents, and develop relationships with professionals and organizations that can contribute to the community's growth.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred. Proven experience in event management, preferably in a co-living, hospitality, or community-driven environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building and nurturing relationships. Creative mindset and ability to ideate and execute innovative events and experiences. Proficiency in social media management and content creation. Demonstrated ability to secure sponsorships and collaborate with brands. High energy, extroverted, and enthusiastic personality. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate events.
