We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Head to lead our growing digital division.The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, programmatic media, OTT advertising, influencer marketing, and digital strategy development.This role is a blend of strategy, leadership, and execution — perfect for a data-driven marketer who can lead teams, develop business, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable brand growth for diverse clients.
Job Responsibility
1. Campaign Management & Strategy
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, PPC, SEM, and Programmatic platforms (DV360, OTT Ads, etc.).
• Build and manage digital funnels for lead generation and conversions.
• Develop and implement email marketing and marketing automation strategies.
2. Client Management & Business Growth
• Create digital media plans, budgets, and strategic roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
• Develop and deliver impactful PPT presentations and client pitches to onboard new business.
• Collaborate with business and creative teams to source, service, and grow client accounts.
• Act as the primary client interface for all digital marketing activities.
3. SEO & Website Strategy
• Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to enhance organic visibility and web traffic.
• Oversee development of SEO-friendly websites in coordination with design and tech teams.
• Analyze campaign and website performance through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and related tools.
4. Media Buying & Influencer Marketing
• Plan and execute media buying strategies across Search, Display, Social, OTT, and Programmatic platforms.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer marketing campaigns for brand engagement and awareness.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and grow the digital marketing team to achieve campaign success.
• Work closely with the creative, media, and account management teams for integrated campaign execution.
• Stay updated with emerging digital tools, ad-tech trends, and platforms to ensure the agency stays ahead of the curve.

Target Industry: Advertising / Digital Agency
Mandatory:
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an advertising or digital agency.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, PPC, SEO, SEM, DV360, OTT Ads, and CRM-based marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, CRM dashboards).
• Proven experience in media budgeting, ROI optimization, and funnel management.
• Proficiency in business development, client presentations, and digital strategy creation.
• Experience in influencer collaboration and digital media buying.
• Candidates from advertising agencies or digital-first agencies handling multi-brand portfolios across sectors such as FMCG, BFSI, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Government will be preferred.
