Role & responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through chat, phone call and email etc.
- Proactively assist registered clients in completing their deposit process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deposit-related issues, including payment failures, delays, and user errors.
- Respond to client concerns promptly via chat, email, and phone support channels.
- Guide clients step-by-step through the deposit journey while ensuring they feel supported and informed.
- Escalate technical or complex cases to the relevant internal teams, ensuring timely resolution.
- Track and follow up with clients who've initiated but not completed a deposit.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM/support system.
- Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Payment teams to streamline the deposit experience
Preferred candidate profile
- It is work from home role, candidates from India only.
- Required languages: English and Hindi (Both MUST BE fluent in spoken and written)
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a conversion-focused role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
