About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Voice Agent Frameworks, and Telephony Integration. This role will focus on building scalable Voice AI solutions that enhance customer experience and streamline communication across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Voice Bot solutions leveraging LLMs and conversational AI frameworks.
  • Work with Voice Agent Frameworks such as Vapi, Retell, and Livekit.
  • Implement and manage SIP and Telephony integrations using platforms like Twilio, Vonage, etc.
  • Develop and optimize pipelines for speech-to-text (ASR), natural language understanding (NLU), and text-to-speech (TTS).
  • Ensure low-latency, scalable, and high-accuracy performance of deployed systems.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create seamless conversational experiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Conversational AI, and Voice Tech.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.)
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Vapi, Retell, Livekit.
  • Practical experience with Twilio, Vonage, or similar telephony/SIP platforms.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, Rasa, Dialogflow, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Expertise in ASR/TTS engines such as Whisper, Google Speech, or Amazon Transcribe.
  • Proficiency in with experience in API development and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience deploying bots across IVR, WhatsApp, Web, or Mobile channels.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Background in customer service automation or enterprise voice solutions.
