Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead in Digital Marketing to oversee and manage our SEO, SMM, and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, optimize performance, and lead a team to achieve marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management

 Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.

 Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team performance.

 Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.

  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

 Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.  Conduct keyword research and analysis.

 Optimize website content, Meta tags, and landing pages.

 Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools.

  1. Social Media Marketing (SMM)

 Create and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram).

 Develop engaging content tailored to each platform.

 Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and feedback.

 Analyze and report on social media performance metrics.

  1. Google Ads Management

 Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.

 Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy.

 Monitor and adjust bids to maximize ROI.

 Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

  1. Analytics and Reporting

 Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track and measure campaign performance.

 Generate regular reports on marketing metrics and KPIs.

 Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

  1. Collaboration and Communication

 Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Content, Design) to align marketing efforts.

 Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients regarding campaign progress and results.  Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications :

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

 Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SMM, and Google Ads.

 Proven experience in leading and managing a digital marketing team.

 Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.

 Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

 Google Ads Certification.

 Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).

 Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools.
