Role - Cyber IAM (Saviynt Product) - Support Role

Job Description -

Location : Bangalore or Pune

Shift : 24*7 Rotational shifts

Working mode : All 5 days work from office only

Project Geography : US

Consultant level No of openings – 4 (4+ to 7 yrs experience)

Assistant Manager – No of openings – 4 (7+ yrs experience)

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have at least relevant years of Identity or Access Management domain experience
  • Have experience on L3/L4 support in Saviynt product
  • Act as a lead and work stream participant on small- to medium-sized projects
  • Be a quick learner and adaptable to changing environments
  • Have strong analytical skills and communication skills
  • Build strong professional working relationships with client personnel
  • Have clear understanding of IAM solution design and configuration
  • Be willing to work in rotational shifts supporting client environment.
  • Deliver timely and high-quality work diligently
  • Identify issues and opportunities, and communicate them to appropriate senior member

Mandatory Certification Required:

  • Saviynt IGA Professional

Technical Skills Required:

  • At least relevant years of experience in Saviynt product.
  • Must have hands on experience of Application Onboarding specific to Saviynt
  • Experience on Access Review campaigns, SODs, RBAC and other IAM functionalities
  • Experience of JML implementation/support specific to any Identity management product
  • Skills to write the complex SQL queries
  • Good understanding of REST API's and JSON files
  • Demonstrable experience in IAM domain Management solution.
  • Understanding of Java/Python or any other programming language.
  • Understanding of Code repository concepts and standard process (Git)
  • Experience in transitioning services from a implementation partner post deployment and operationalizing a IAM solution
  • Ability to work with multiple stake holders from Security, Operations, Application Owners and Service Providers on deployment activities and enhancing the IAM solution.
  • Good Understanding of Operating systems, Database concepts and others potential targets or endpoints for a typical IAM Solution.
  • Good presentation and documentation skills
