UI/UX Designer II

We're hiring a UX/UI Designer II for our client (Code Name: CORE) — a global fintech leader re imagining enterprise finance, procurement, and intelligent automation through modern, cloud native platforms.

In this role, you'll design intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences across CORE's financial and procurement product ecosystem. You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to translate complex workflows into seamless, human-centred designs that enhance usability and drive adoption.

The CORE India GCC, launched in partnership with Straatix, will serve as the company's strategic innovation hub — driving modernisation, design excellence, AI engineering, and global delivery capability.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead UX design for key product areas across financial and procurement workflows, balancing usability, business goals, and technical feasibility.

● Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to drive data-informed design decisions.

● Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that guide development and elevate user engagement.

● Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholder teams to align design direction with product strategy and roadmap.

● Contribute to and evolve CORE's design system, interaction patterns, and UX/UI standards for consistency and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.

● 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within enterprise SaaS or B2B platforms.

● Strong proficiency with modern design & prototyping tools — Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

● Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility, interaction design, and responsive design.

● Hands-on experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.

● Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and clearly communicate design rationale.

Nice to Have

● Experience designing for financial technology, procurement systems, or workflow-heavy enterprise platforms.

● Familiarity with frontend technologies and modern design-to-dev handoff practices.

● Confidence in presenting and defending design decisions to product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.

● A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes, visual design execution, and measurable product impact.
