About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Junior Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have the ability to learn and deliver multiple technologies, conduct engaging sessions for college students, and represent the organization in seminars, workshops, and institutional training programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and sharing knowledge with students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions on software/programming technologies for college students, institutional batches, and corporate trainees.
  • Quickly adapt to and learn multiple technologies as per training requirements.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and guest lectures at colleges and partner institutions.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and assignments to enhance student learning.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate with the academic/training team to ensure smooth execution of programs.
  • Represent the organization professionally during campus training sessions and events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong knowledge of at least one core programming language (Java, Python, C, or similar).
  • Willingness and ability to learn and train in multiple technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Freshers with strong technical and communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Prior teaching/training experience (internships, workshops, or tutoring) will be an added advantage.
