About your new job responsibilities

  • Counselling students and providing basic information over the phone regarding the suitable programs.

  • Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided

  • The process involves guiding the students, follow-up with the student, solving students queries and handling registrations.

  • Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students.

  • Align pre-sales activities such as demos with Trainers.

  • Achieving sales targets on monthly basis

What Makes You A Great Fit :

  • 1 year of experience in doing B2C sales for edtech

  • Knowledge about UPSC CSE examination are preferred

  • Strong communication on phone and emails

  • Good in multi-tasking and managing multiple students

  • Ability to adapt to an online selling process and work in target-oriented environment

  • Comfortable working with Customer Relationship Management tools.

  • Candidates should have effective convincing and selling skills.

  • Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to time-lines and achieve targets.
