Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain employee personal data, files in both digital and paper forms.
- Handling various office administrative works.
- Supporting the team with attendance records or joining formalities of the new joiners.
- Support in payroll process with the help of relevant employee data.
- Assist in scheduling interview (Online and F2F) by coordinating with candidates and interview panel members.
- Support on- boarding, induction and other inter departmental co- ordination for the seamless process.
Key Skills
- Experience in HR operations.
- Good knowledge on MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and a good team player.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 0-3 years.
