We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing strategy for our flagship farmland projects. The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 360 marketing strategies for farmland projects (Dates County & Farm Natura).
- Drive digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing to generate high-quality leads.
- Create strong brand positioning through offline & online marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
- Manage vendor partnerships, agencies, and media channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Track ROI of campaigns and prepare regular performance reports.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team for effective execution.
Candidate Profile
- MBA/Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 8 -10 years of experience in real estate marketing (preferably farmland/plotting projects).
- Proven track record in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of real estate marketing platforms & analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to build impactful campaigns.
