Job Summary

Were looking for a hands-on Senior Manager/Marketing Director who can lead and execute marketing strategies across performance channels, content, and brand with a strong focus on results and growth.

Youll be working closely with the founding team, driving campaigns that reach global audiences (primarily US market) and supporting visibility and lead generation for our analytics and technology services.

This is a high-ownership role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and website performance for better visibility and conversion
  • Run lead generation and funnel-building campaigns for US and global markets
  • Oversee content creation for digital channels (landing pages, social media, email)
  • Monitor campaign data, analyse performance, and optimize strategies
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and leadership teams on marketing initiatives
  • Support GTM planning for new offerings and partner-led campaigns
  • Contribute to brand storytelling and positioning across platforms

What We are Looking For

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience (across paid + organic channels)
  • Strong skills in performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Good understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation
  • Exposure to or experience working with US market preferred
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results
  • Candidates with an IT background or experience in the data analytics industry will have an edge

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputed institution preferred
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, etc., are a plus
