Looking for a confident, passionate, hardworking technical recruiter who will be responsible for building the IT Team. They should be able to promote the employer brand, reduce the time-to-hire, have the technical expertise, and ensure they attract the best and most qualified professionals for various technical roles. They are someone with a solid understanding of HR practices and labour legislation and have hands-on experience of 2 - 3 Years in sourcing, screening and shortlisting using Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. 

They are someone who are currently living in Mumbai or is willing to relocate and can start immediately or have 30 days notice period. 

Role Description:

As a technical recruiter, you will help in building the IT Team. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening and shortlisting of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. With the aim to build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write and post technical job descriptions 
  • Source potential candidates on Job Portals and other Platforms. 
  • Coordinate with different recruitment agencies to close open jobs. 
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes 
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities 
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews technical assessments and behavioural questions) 
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs 
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates 
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals. 
  • Compose job offer letters. 
  • On-board new hires. 
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements. 
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
