Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and supporting a positive work culture aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and selection.
Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain and update manpower records.
- Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
Verify daily attendance, leave records, and overtime details.
Coordinate with the accounts department for monthly payroll processing.
Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other labour laws.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Maintain a healthy work environment and effective communication.
Conduct counselling sessions or disciplinary meetings when required.
- Performance Management
Assist management in setting KRAs and evaluating employee performance.
Maintain appraisal records and suggest performance improvement plans.
- Training & Development
Identify training needs and arrange in-house or external training programs.
Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
- HR Policies & Documentation
Develop and update HR policies as per company and statutory guidelines.
Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- General Administration Support
Oversee housekeeping, security, and office discipline in coordination with admin.
Support management in employee engagement and welfare activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Management.
4–8 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or corporate setup.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (attendance/payroll).

As per company policy / Based on interview and experience.
