This senior role involves overseeing operations for our existing units in Punjab and Haryana, ensuring seamless management and delivery of security services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact (CRM) for all matters related to security services across Punjab and Haryana units.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

  • Coordinate between clients, security personnel, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

  • Monitor performance, compliance, and quality control of security operations.

  • Implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Manage escalation and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Basic Requirements:

  • He should preferably a retired defense officer of the rank of Colonel or para military forces officer of the equivalent status

  • Proven experience in security operations management or related field.

  • Should have minimum 5 yrs experience in handling the security operations.

  • Age not above 55 yrs

  • Strong customer relationship management skills; ability to handle all client and operational queries effectively.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple units simultaneously.

  • Based out of Mohali with willingness to travel to Punjab and Haryana units as needed.

  • Proficient in operational planning and execution.

  • He should be well versed with Security Operations

  • He should be capable of handling the security operation independently

  • This is a Senior position and hard core strong personality.
