Position: Policy Advisor (Scalene)
Roles And Responsibilities

  • Providing complete information about the product to customers.
  • Giving the right pitch to potential customers to encourage product purchases.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Documenting all interactions with customers
  • Providing the best possible solutions to customer queries

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi + any regional language would be a plus, as well as

verbal communication.

  • Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in ensuring minimal errors while sending communication to

customers.

  • Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients.
  • Active listening, empathy, and patience with respect to customer interactions.
  • Ability to convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive.
  • Ability to articulate in different ways.
  • Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, with females working from

9 AM to 8 PM and males from 9 AM to 9 PM, totaling 9 hours of work per day.

  • Candidates should be willing to work from the office (Location: Silk Board).
  • Must be open for off-roll (Third Party payroll).
